My Mission

Everything I have ever done in my life, has always revolved around the outdoors. I believe that the spaces that we surround ourselves with affect our overall physical and mental well being, hence why I love to spend so much time outside.

I also believe that it is our own responsibility to take care of these environments and be mindful of our impact on them. This not only applies to how we choose to live our lives, but also how we run our businesses and how we spend our consumer money.

Through Alpine Yarns, I hope to inspire others to spend more time in the outdoors and take better care of our beloved Aotearoa by making choices that have a positive impact on our environment and our local community.

My handmade business is still in its infancy. However, I am already looking at ways to improve the running of my company through sustainable initiatives that I can associate myself with. Stay tuned!
